A lovely plot of land around 1860m2 off the road up to Pefki. It sits in a postion that commands a wonderful view over the bay of Makrigialos and has is near to the road for easy access. The land has been passed by the Forestry Dept, a paper which is now compulsory when purchasing land in Greece. The area is quiet but not far from the village where there are a wide range of shops, restaurants, banks and other amenities. Here too is one of the best sandy beaches on the island which has once again been awarded with the EU blue flag of excellence.
