A renovated stone house of 37m2 near the middle of Lithines (peaceful village with Cafenions, Tavernas and  , small market. 8km from Makrigialos Coast-summer  resort and 25km from Sitia).

Layout: This comfortable little retreat is connected to Fraoula,a larger house of 70m2 and can be sold together if wanted. It consists of a living area with fire place, kitchenette, bathroom. A miniature private yard connects the living area with the bedroom and also has stairs taking you to the flat roof used as a terrace with a view of olive grove hills.

The house has electric water heating, refrigerator, two place cooker and can be fully furnished if desired.Each house we renovate is given a name.

Fraoulista means little strawberry since it is connected to Fraoulas previously mentioned. We renovate Keeping in mind the traditional Cretan style, using high quality materials with a tasteful twist.
