If you are not living full time in Crete and would like us to look after your home, while you are away, we can customize a management package to suit your needs.
This includes:
- Regular property check when the house is empty and, should any problem arise such as with water, power/telephone cuts etc, arrange to have it fixed.
- Arrange for house cleaning before and after arrival and departure, when required. Also preparation of house and interim cleaning/laundry, if guests are staying.
- Care of garden, pot plants and swimming pool.
- Receiving your post and helping set up direct debit for utility bills.
- Safe guarding delivery of house keys, on request.
- Informing of and assistance with tax matters – new laws, tax declaration, legal and technical advice.
