Environmental issues are becoming increasingly important worldwide. Many of our customers express a desire to create more eco friendly properties. Thorough roof and wall insulation, well fitted double glazed windows and doors, mean less heating in winter and A/C cooling in the summer. It will also keep damp at bay, which is an important health factor.

We favour natural materials as much as possible, using local stone and recycling old features, which are both attractive and blend in well with the natural surroundings.

We recommend economical “A” class electrical appliances, solar water heating systems and drip irrigation pipes for garden watering. Significant energy savings can be made by using LED light bulbs and photo voltaic exterior lighting. This makes a difference both to you energy bills and helps reduce pressure of consumption on the local electrical network.
