3 types of building A-B-C are to be constructed. All will be 2 storey maisonettes of 100m2. All will have a terrace of 20-35m2.
Type C buildings will be stone-built houses of 135m2 with terraces of 25-30m2 built in the traditional style. All properties will be at a height of 1.5m from ground level and those having a basement will be 2m.
Type A & B buildings will consist of 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, interior staircase leads to the first floor where there will be living room, bathroom, dining room and kitchen with balconies 10-15m2.
Type C buildings will consist at ground floor level of 3 bedrooms, balconies of 10-15m2, 2 bathrooms and staircase to first floor. On the first floor will be 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room
All types of building will have the option to construct a basement and swimming pool.
The style of building and building materials are according to Greek law in order to secure comfortable and safe residences.
The timescale until completion will be 8-10 months for preparation, application and passing of building permission then a further 10-12 months for construction.There is the possibility to adapt the original architects plans where required.
