Roughly 8 kilometres from Makrigialos, as with most of the villages on this coastal road consists of many secluded coves set at the foot of the local mountain range.

This area in particular is sheltered more than other places from winds due to its particular setting. Mavros Kolimbos has one or two secluded coves which are a bit difficult to reach but well worth the effort if peace and seclusion is what you are looking for.

This village is home to many greenhouses providing us with our wonderful fresh vegetables land salad ingredients.
