We personally take you to the properties and we provide you with all relevant details re the property, area it is situated in. We give you objective advice – not just highlighting the good points but also making sure you are aware of potential problems.

We have a very good team of local builders, architects, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, plumbers who can cover all your requirements whether they be new build, building to existing plans or renovation work.

We have financial advisors who can help you arrange financing in London through Greek Banks.

We update our site on a daily basis. We have many more properties than what you currently see here. We are continually being approached by locals to sell properties for them. Our fees

Our  fee is on top of the  purchase price . This covers all services rendered until property purchase is completed. This does not include legal fees, Greek and foreign taxes, other professional fees (i.e. topographical plan) travel and accommodation costs etc.

We work very closely with the Notary Public, the lawyers, tax office, banks, planning permission office and other authorities when necessary to make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible.

After-Sales Services

Maintenance service

If you are not going to be a permanent resident we can offer a maintenance package which is quite difficult to organize from abroad.
This covers the following among others:

1. Utility bills and taxes paid in your absence
2. Regular inspections
3. Cleaning service
4. Landscaping/gardening service
5. Emptying Septic Tanks
6. Painting
7. Storage Service
8. Pool Service
9. Insect Control

If there are any problems we inform you and on your authorisation we arrange for repairs etc. 

Our fees for after sales services rendered (maintenance etc.) are arrrived at after close  consultation with each client according to his particular needs ( Location, size of property, customer requirements etc.)
